A WAYLAND WOMAN IS FACING MORE THAN 40 CHARGES IN CONNECTION WITH A FORGERY CASE AND IDENTITY THEFT CHARGES IN CONESUS, ACCORDING TO STATE POLICE.
TWENTY-FIVE-YEAR-OLD EMILEE S. PAULINA WAS ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH MULTIPLE COUNTS OF IDENTITY THEFT AND UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF ANOTHER’S PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION. THE CHARGES ARE IN CONNECTION WITH AN INVESTIGATION THAT BEGAN IN AUGUST OF 2018 IN THE TOWN OF CONESUS.
PAULINA IS FACING A TOTAL OF 42 COUNTS ON THE FIVE CHARGE.

FOUR MEN WERE ARRESTED FOR ALLEGEDLY MAKING METHAMPHETAMINE INSIDE A RESIDENCE IN OLEAN (O LEE ANN) FRIDAY NIGHT. INVESTIGATORS OBTAINED A SEARCH WARRANT AND SAID THE PERSONS ARRESTED WERE IN THE PROCESS OF MAKING METH AND DUE TO THE DANGEROUS CHEMICALS INVOLVED, THE NEXT-DOOR APARTMENT WAS EVACUATED UNTIL IT IS DEEMED SAFE.
ARRESTED WERE TWENTY-SIX-YEAR-OLD DUSTIN HAYNES, FORTY-ONE-YEAR-OLD J. SPATES III, TWENTY-FOUR-YEAR-OLD DYLIN LIGHT AS WELL AS FORTY-TWO-YEAR-OLD THOMAS RATLIFF OF BATH
ALL FOUR WERE CHARGED WITH SECOND-DEGREE CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE AND ARRAIGNED IN OLEAN CITY COURT AND HELD WITHOUT BAIL.

AS REPORTED LAST WEEK, FRANCE HONORS NUNDA MAN FOR HIS SERVICE. WORLD WAR TWO VETERAN STAFF SGT. HAROLD BRUNSWICK “BUD” LONG RECEIVED THE HIGHEST HONOR AT THE NUNDA HISTORICAL SOCIETY.
FRENCH HONORARY CONSUL GAVE STAFF SGT. LONG THE HIGHEST HONORS, THE FRENCH MEDAL OF HONOR, MAKING HIM KNIGHT IN THE LEGION OF HONOR.
