A man from Dansville has pleaded guilty to Sexually assaulting a 13 year old girl—a charge he had repeatedly and denied. Prosecutors say 38 year old Lance Riley entered that guilty plea in Livingston County court—just a week after a judge in Wyoming County refused to allow Riley to take back an earlier plea made in April… The two pleas mean that Riley will serve a total of 20 years in prison. And 28 years of post release supervision after that. Livingston County Assistant D A Justin Hill calls Riley a Dangerous predator and says the 13 year old victim showed courage to face her attacker even as Riley tried to destroy her credibility. Riley was prosecuted in both counties because the abuse happened in each county over the course of several months.
