Keshequa 57 Pavilion 35

New Indians coach William Mann noted, ” we rebounded from a sluggish first half & played very well in the 2nd half. We played “lock down” defense as well”. The home team had a decent start as the established an 11-5 lead after the initial 8 minutes of play. The Golden Gophers dug down deep & got things going in the 2nd & kept pace with Keshequa as the orange & black took a 24-16 lead in at the half. Coach Mann must have shoveled some coals on the fire at the half as the Indians came out on the warpath in the 3rd quarter. Keshequa outscored their purple & gold opponents 19-7 to take control of the contest leading to the 57-35 victory.
