Dansville 59 Warsaw 41
The Dansville boys hoopsters bounced back from their opening game setback at the hands of Elba on Monday (Dec. 28) night to capture the consolation contest on Tuesday (Dec. 29) over the Warsaw Tigers by a final score of 59-41. The first & 3rd quarters seemed to be the difference for coach Dave Moodie’s Mustangs who grabbed a 20-12 lead at the end of the first. The red & black maintained that 8 point advantage at the half. When Dansville came out in the third period, they hit the ground running & rolled off a 19-9 spurt that would ice the ballgame as the horses would get back to the .500 mark with the win in Nunda.
