The winter that never ends! The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for much of Western New York and that includes Genesse, Livingston, Orleans and Wyoming counties. The warning lasts until 7 tonight. A windchill advisory is also in effect from midnight tonight until noon Sunday. Livingston county is expected to get two to four inches of snow. Wind gusts are the real problem. 20 to 30 mph with higher gusts up to 45 mph. Wind chill values are expected to drop as low as 20 degrees below zero tonight and early Sunday.
