A Monroe county deputy charged with drunk driving in Avon.

48 year old Robert Glazier refused a breath…and he had a 12 year old in the car. So he’s charged under Leandra’s Law which has tougher penalties when a drunk drives with a child.

Glazier is an honored cop in Monroe county, given an award for evacuating 22 people last years at the scene of a deadly shooting spree.

He’ll be in court in Avon on October 15th.
