The Syracuse University sports program is under investigation by the NCAA.
The Syracuse Post Standard reports that four sources have informed the paper that the investigation deals with Fab Melo’s academic eligibility and a 2007 alleged sexual assault case involving three players.
Reports say that NCAA investigators had been interviewing sources in Syracuse for at least the past academic year.
CBS sports is reporting that the university has received a letter of preliminary inquiry from the NCAA.
