A Wyoming County  man is in jail, held without bail, accused of being involved in the robbery of two Mexican migrant workers in the Town of Sheldon, last  July.

Brandon Suckow, 20, of Arcade, is charged with second-degree robbery and violation of probation.

Shortly after the robbery, Suckow  fled to North Carolina where he was picked up in October by the U.S. Marshall’s Office  but he fought extradition back to New York.

He was turned over to Wyoming County authorities on Tuesday to answer the robbery charges.
