Finger Lakes Health names new a vice-president

Finger Lakes Health has named William Garrity as vice president of long term care. He replaces Howard Kates, who is slated to retire March 31 after 19 years with the organization.

Garrity has been administrator of Huntington Living Center in Waterloo since July 2005.

Finger Lakes Health is made up of Soldiers and Sailors Hospital in Penn Yan, Geneva General, Keuka Health Care along with numerous health care related centers throughout 4 counties in the western Finger Lakes.
