US Capital Christmas Tree

This year’s U.S. Capital Christmas Tree is on its way to Washington D.C. but not before visiting  28 cities and traveling through 10 states on its way. The tree was cut Friday from Colorado’s  White River National Forest.

The 73-ft.  Engelmann Spruce was  hoisted onto the bed of the Mack truck which will transport it throughout its national journey. The national tree will arrive in Washington, D.C. November 26th.
