Dansville Police Department Arrests

Charles Culver, Jr., age 27, Conesus, NY  has been charged with Bail Jumping. Culver had previously been arrested for petit larceny after he allegedly shoplifted merchandise from Radio Shack. Culver was released on bail on that incident and had failed to return on the date that had been set.

Wendy Rodriguez, age 29, Dansville, NY was charged with petit larceny after allegedly shoplifting merchandise from the Family Dollar Store on Ossian Street. Rodriguez was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Village Court at a later date.

Adam Towner, age 26, Cohocton, NY was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. During the traffic stop, officers discovered Towner had given them a false name. He will answer to Dansville Village Court.

Jon Harvey, age 54, of Dansville, NY was charged with menacing after officers responded to a Main Street address for a disturbance involving Harvey. Upon arrival, Harvey threatened an officer with pepper spray.

Darrell Wright, age 29, of Hornell, NY  was charged with 5 counts of unlawfully dealing with a child after allegedly providing alcohol for underage teens, forcible touching, and endangering the welfare of a child.

Clyde Bone, age 25, of Rushville, NY was charged with two counts of criminal mischief after allegedly smashing out the window of the Dance Academy on Main Street. Bone is also accused of throwing a concrete block through the window of a parked car on Clara Barton Street. The combined amount of damage to both widows were in excess of $2,000. Bone arraigned and remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of bail.
